While we aim for high accuracy once properly calibrated, on-screen measurements can be affected by browser zoom, display scaling settings, and device-reporting inconsistencies. Do not rely on this tool for measurements where precision is safety-critical (e.g. medical, engineering, or legal purposes) — use a certified physical measuring instrument for those.
